Welcome to Just Right Challenge Therapy Gym
We are a therapist-owned, private practice providing pediatric therapy services to children and their families in New Hampshire. We offer a variety of programs to children with special needs in our sensory therapy gym. Our active, play-based approach includes opportunities for children to succeed by offering them the “Just Right Challenge” during each visit. For some children, this could be offering balancing games or swinging. For other children, it could mean an obstacle course or help learning to tie their shoes. We also provide help to parents and caregivers–figuring out ways to help children with daily challenges in routines and transitions, eating or oral–motor difficulties and with managing the stress of parenting children with special needs.
Our therapists provide individualized treatment in a spacious gym with plenty of natural light and fifteen-foot high ceilings. The suspended equipment is state-of-the-art and we have a small loft space for quiet activities. Children are encouraged to come with their own ideas for creating play that addresses mutual goals and usually we have lots of fun along the way. You may even spy a pirate, astronaut or princess in our sensory therapy gym!

Our therapists have extensive training and experience using sensory integrative therapy, neurodevelopmental and play-based treatment techniques. Additionally, our training includes coursework in Therapeutic Listening, DIR/Floortime, Pediatric Vestibular Rehabilitation and Early Identification/Intervention. Please ask about any specialty areas you are interested in and we will provide information on our certifications.
We provide services to infants up through pre-teens at our sensory therapy gym. Children and families in New Hampshire benefit from services ranging from consultation to individualized therapy. We have experience treating children with the following diagnosis:
